     A few years ago, at the peak of her Mary Kay Career, the company awarded Gail 'FREE' cars for outstanding sales and training performance, then suddenly it became hard for her to even drive one. That's when she was diagnosed with three life changing disorders: Myasthenia Gravis (MG), Mitochondrial Myopathy and Celiac's Disease. These disorders brought about extra challanges in her life, but with a background in sales, advertising, marketing and public relations, they were also the catalyst that provided her with "a new vehicle" to reach out and help others.

     Using her book, DON'T DRIVE ON THE SIDEWALK (Inspirations Through The Detours In Life), as well as her speaking presentations, Gail's mission is to encourage others through the twist, turns, mountains and valleys in life.

      As a Christian wife, mother, grandmother, and a busy sales professional, she knows how quickly plans can change. She takes the obstacles that we all face in our personal lives and careers; adds some laughter, a positive outlook; and combine them to inspire others through the toughest of times.

The title of Gail's book, DON'T DRIVE ON THE SIDEWALK, actually came from the day that she drove on the sidewalk, three times, because of having double vision from Myasthenia Gravis. When faced with turbulant times, she learned that we all have two choices ...to become bitter or better through our trials. Her choice was to become BETTER, so she gave the control to GOD and let Him steer her in a new direction. Gail said it's amazing where GOD will lead us when we are willing to follow.

      Gail has had the honor of being the Keynote Speaker for business groups,
civic organizations, church groups (of all denominations), health related organizations, residential and independent living facilities, as well as being a guest on Television and Radio programs, and featured in numerous publications. Through Gail's journey she has also had the pleasure of being able to do charitable work and fund raising events for a multitude of organizations.
